Air Ticketing

Derwen Tours and Travel has a good relationship with all scheduled carriers based in Nairobi both local and all major international airlines and are able to undertake reservations and ticketing on their services. We have access to multiple reservation systems, allowing our travel consultants to view availability of all commercial airlines, thereby sourcing the most economical options. We have subscribed to both the Galileo and Amadeus worldwide booking systems, ensuring that there is always a backup in case of emergencies Derwen Tours and Travel proposes a turnaround time on domestic reservations of 5–15Mins and on international reservations, 30mins – 1 hour. Intricate international reservations would require a maximum of a 1hour turnaround time.

Airport Transfers

Derwen Tours and Travel will offer the above service as per our prospect customer advisors request. We have a stable fleet of vehicles to handle all kinds of airport transfers. We provide transfer services between airports and city hotels and residential areas. We also offer drop offs and pick-ups between points relatively distant apart such as Nairobi, Nakuru, Naivasha, Thika. We promise to offer well serviced & fully insured vehicles that guarantee safety of your travelers at competitive rates.

Travel and Baggage Insurance

We provide a range of travel related insurance products upon request, currently we have partnered with various insurance companies, this covers travelers against luggage loss, delayed flights incidents, and medical cases cover e.g.

Covers organizations of insured's while they travel anywhere outside their country of permanent residence. Provides comprehensive 24-hour coverage, including Accidental Death, Accidental Dismemberment, Accident and Emergency Sickness Medical Expense, Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains. Helps fill gaps in an individuals coverage when he or she travels internationally. Programs can be customized to offer a wide range of limits and are available for any length trip - from a few days, a week, a month, up to one year.

Visa Processing

Derwen Tours and Travel assists with the processing of visas on behalf of clients where possible. Not all consulates/embassies allow visa processing through an intermediary and in such a case, where a visa is only obtainable by the traveler, we will provide all relevant information regarding visa requirements, including the application forms as well as inoculation requirements.
